When Delta residents think of a Ford Truck, the word green doesn't generally come to mind. But Ford is looking to change that by introducing the Ford Maverick. This green machine is the latest installment in Ford's quest for an eco-friendly future, and it's getting a lot of buzz.

The Power of the Ford Maverick

Generally, eco-friendly vehicles are considered by Defiance residents as smaller automobiles that offer good gas mileage and nothing more. This assertion, however, doesn't apply to the Ford Maverick. While the Maverick is a compact truck, it still provides enough room to seat five and store up to 1,500 pounds comfortably.

The engine is no joke either, as the Maverick comes with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid engine that has a towing capacity of 2,000 pounds. With the hybrid engine installed, this truck can also reach an estimated 41/33 miles per gallon.

Never one to skimp on technology, Ford has installed the Maverick with such features as an eight-inch center screen, 4G LTE Wi-Fi, voice controls, evasive steering assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear parking sensors, and so much more.

Going green has never felt so good. With its formidable engine, good towing and storage capabilities, and its top of the line technology, it's no wonder residents Wauseon and Napolean are coming to Terry Henricks Ford.
